Judo-marshal trainer to be appointed in schools: Nitish
Patna, Mar 21 : Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today said the state government would appoint one judo-marshal art trainer each in all schools to train girls in the art to make them confident and fearless.
Addressing Sub-Junior Sports Meet 2013 here, the Chief Minister said once girl students were trained in judo-marshal art, they would protect themselves from eve-teasers and other anti-social elements who often targets them.
Education is a strong mode for allround development of personality and students should sincerely take part in sports activities besides taking up their regular courses and curriculum, he noted.
