ICICI Electronic Lounge opens in IIT Kanpur

Kanpur, May 3 : ICICI Bank Ltd, India's largest private sector bank, on Friday inaugurated a 24 x 7 Electronic Lounge in Kanpur to provide simple, effortless and convenient banking to customers round-the-clock.

The Electronic Lounge, which is set up at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, is not just the first one in the city, but also the first in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The Lounge was inaugurated by Professor Indranil Manna, Director, IIT - Kanpur.

Equipped with self serviced automated devices, the 24 x 7 Electronic Lounge provides customers the flexibility to transact and interact with the Bank at their convenience.

The Electronic Lounge will offer services like cash deposits, withdrawals, net banking access, video conferencing with a customer care executive and access to a customer care hotline number, among others.

ICICI Bank has 3,100 branches and extension counters, and 10,481 ATMs spread across the country.
