Karim Group launches new banquet hall

Tollywood beauties Koneenica Banerjee and Ridhima Ghosh inaugurated banquet and convention centre, Maple Court by Kalim Group, here on Saturday.

The air-conditioned hall spreads across an area of 12,000 sq ft with an accommodation of 150 guests minimum to 700 maximum, informed Kalim Group head and F and B catering business stalwart, Nirmal Saraf.

Maple Couirt plans to cater to both social and corporate events like weddings, ring ceremonies, birthdays and anniversaries.

The hall which boasts of its location also has an open terrace garden to add to its USP (unique selling proposition).

Commented Koneenika,"Very good for terrace parties. Nobody wants to make arrangements at home for any occasions now-a-days, so I think it is an utility place for Kolkatans."

Ridhima added,"I liked the ambiance instantly and can't wait to go up to the terrace now."

"Our client is a guest in his party. The strength lies in the competitive rates that we provide to the clientele with Rs.400 for high tea to Rs.750 for lunch and dinner,"he added.

The cuisines available in Maple Court are Bengali, Rajasthani and Gujrati in Indian platter while in Continental choices, Mexican, Korean and Chinese are also offered.

Speaking at the occasion, Sital Saraf, Director, Maple Court, said,"We are proud to bring to Kolkata a state-of-the-art banquet hall and convention centre in the heart of the city, where we will be providing tailor-made packages to our valued clients including exotic varieties of food along with personalized services."
