Public sector lender, Central Bank of India will hold its first edition of 'Swapna Sankul-2012' real estate exhibition on October 26 at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre, at Goregaon in Mumbai.
The two-day exhibition will be a one-stop solution with attractive deals and offers for the customers from the bank.
Mohan V Tanksale, CMD, Central Bank of India, said, " For the first time, Central Bank of India is promoting the home loan segment on such a large scale." The bank will provide an array of options to buyers by extending 'in-principle' sanctions and housing loan at base rate of 10.50 per cent up to Rs 75 lakh.
Further, the bank has waived off processing and inspection charges.
The exhibition will be open for the prospective home buyers free of cost. Leading developers and builders will showcase their projects with special offers to the customers.
Similar exhibitions will be organized in various other cities by end of this financial year, Mr Tanksale said in a release.
