Lindsay Lohan gets off Chateau Marmont's blacklist
Lindsay Lohan, who got into Chateau Marmont's bad books after not paying a 46,000-dollar bill that she racked up buying cigarettes, mini-bar goodies and candles, has got her name removed from it after calling the owner of the hotel and agreeing to pay the bill.
According to sources, the 26-year-old actress and Chateau Marmont's owner Andre Balazs have been friends for years and she made it clear that the whole ordeal was a giant misunderstanding, TMZ.com reported.
She offered to pay off the debt if Balazs could talk with the Chateau staff.
However, Balazs informed the 'Parent Trap' star that he had no idea she had been blacklisted and promised to solve the situation as soon as possible.
Lohan has earlier claimed that she thought the production company behind "Liz and Dick" - which she was filming at the time of the charges - was paying the bill.
