Clear, sunny Friday in Delhi, similar weather Saturday
New Delhi, March 15 : A clear and warm day was experienced by Delhi residents Friday as the maximum temperature settled a notch above average at 30 degrees Celsius. The Met office has forecast similar weather over the weekend.
"The skies will be clear and sunny... warm weather will prevail over the weekend," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperatures Saturday are expected to hover around 30 and 14 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Friday's minimum temperature was 14.4 degrees Celsius -- average for this time of the year.
Thursday's maximum temperature settled a notch above the season's average at 29.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled three notches above average at 18.1 degrees Celsius.
