2 booked for molestation
Thane, Mar 12 : The Thane police have booked two people, including a doctor, on the charges of allegedly molesting a lady dentist here, police said today.
The doctor referred a patient from the city to the dentist yesterday for treatment of his teeth. The patient, who went to the dentist clinic, allegedly molested the lady doctor, who intitially preferred not to lodge the police complaint.
Later. when she complained to her husband, the couple decided to lodge a complaint and went to the police station. Police said the doctor was associated with the Jupiter hospital and Wokard hospital and was referring his patient to the desntist.
The police have registered an offence under sections 354, 509 rw 34 against the duo and the investigations are being carried out by the Vartak Nagar police station here.
The police gave the name of the doctor as Dr. Mukund Doshi, and the patient as Malkom, 30.
