Lucknow, Mar 4 : Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav on Monday confirmed that controversial Uttar Pradesh Minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya has submitted his resignation to Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav after he was alleged booked for a conspiracy to kill Deputy Superintendent of Police Zia-ul-Haque .
