Sri Sri Academy celebrates foundation day
By Pragya Mukherjee, Kolkata, Feb 28 : Educational organisation Sri Sri Academy founded by spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Wednesday celebrated its 3rd foundation day, here.
The school was founded on Feb 21, 2010 by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and within nine months they had 850 children in the school, asserted a school official.
The official informed that the school's fund comes from the Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Vidyamandir trust located in Bangalore.
Sri Sri Academy said aims to educate thinking, centered, balanced individuals with a vision, who do not get easily swayed by the negative influences that may come their way.
