Mulayam deserves to be PM: Shivpal
Etah, Feb 12 : Senior Uttar Pradesh minister and younger brother of ruling Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, Shivpal Singh Yadav, today proposed Mulayam's name for the coveted post of the Prime Minister.
"We want SP to play an important role in the formation of the next government at the Centre," Mr Yadav said talking to mediapersons here.
The SP will register victory at all the 80 seats in UP in the next Lok Sabha elections, he claimed.
The PWD minister said his brother and former state CM Mulayam Singh Yadav was fit to be the PM.
He held the Indian Railways responsible for the death of 37 Kumbh devotees at Allahabad stampede on February 10.
