Mathura, Feb 4 : A local court would hear on February 12, a petition, seeking registration of a case against Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde for his statement against the BJP and its ideological mentor RSS.
Chief Judicial Magistrate D D Ojha passed this order today after hearing a petition filed by RSS worker Vijay Bahadur Singh.
In the petition, it was alleged that Mr Shinde charged the BJP and the RSS with promoting Hindu terrorism on January 20 during Congress' Chintan Shivir in Jaipur.
