4 labourers electrocuted in Bokaro
Bokaro, Jan 29 : Four labourers today received burn injuries as they came in contact with high volatge wire while working at the outer signal at Bhandaridah of the Chandrapura-Bhandaridah railway line under Dhanbad divison of the East Central Railway
Police sources said among the four, one Fuchu Kevat (42) received serious burn injuries and has been rushed to Bokaro General Hospital
Three others, Vinod Mandal, Tinku Mahto and Charadhar Mahto all workers of a Dhanbad based company are undergoing treatment at DVC's Chadrapura hospital
Sources said that repair work was going on the railway traction, however without cutting out the electricity supply the labourers were carrying out the work which caused the incident, sources said
Police is further probing the matter
