Copper Chimney tickles Kolkata taste buds

Mumbai's well know restaurant Copper Chimney has now opened its outlet in the City of Joy.

The outlet has been opened at the City Centre 1 here, and would be serving the same cuisines from the North West Frontier Province and Northern India that it has been doing since 1972.

With the opening of the first Copper Chimney in Kolkata, the brand promises to tickle the taste buds of Kolkatans with North West Frontier Province cuisine, said the restaurant owners.

Starting from robustly spiced Burrah Chop, creamy Reshmi Chelo to the immensely popular Murg Mkhani, Luscious Paneer Masala and the earthy Dal Maharaja are some of the signature dishes of Copper Chimney.

Other popular favourites include Jhinga Nisha, spiced pepper Mutton Chops, and fragrant Biriyanis.

CEO of Pan India Food Solutions K.S Narayanan said the inauguration of the outlet this week: "Copper Chimney is widely loved, praised and has a legacy of four decades in Mumbai. The same magic cuisine and superlative service will now be replicated in Kolkata and we are confident that it will charm its way into the city's heart and palate very soon."
