The CPI(M) Central Committee today condemned the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance Government's decision to decontrol the diesel prices.
The CPI(M) said. The UPA's decision would lead to continous increase in the prices of disel just as it was happened with the prices of petrol after deregulation and will impact on the transport and increases inflation also affect the farmers adversely.
The UPA government is adamant for further burdening the people who are already suffering from ever increasing price rise of all essential commodities, it stated.
So, in this connection, the decision to raise the cap on LPG cycliners to nine is insufficient and provides little relief to the people , the party added.
