Gabriel Aubry 'not facing charges for fight with Halle Berry's fiance '

Gabriel Aubry, who fought with Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez on the Thanksgiving Day, will not be facing any criminal charges for the act, it has been revealed.
Instead, the LA City Attorney's Office has decided to hold an informal hearing with Aubry to discuss his fight with Martinez, TMZ.com reported.
Investigators believe that Aubry was actually the aggressor despite getting his face bruised and bloodied during the fight.
Aubry could end up getting anger management classes after the City Attorney hearing or simply told not to do this again.
No date has been set for the hearing.
