Celebs take to the stage to raise funds for superstorm Sandy victims
Eric Clapton and Bruce Springsteen took the stage at Madison Square Garden along with other musicians to take part in 12-12-12 Sandy Relief Concert.
Other musicians, who performed at the charity concert were Paul McCartney, Alicia Keys, Kanye West, Bon Jovi, Dave Grohl, Billy Joel, Coldplay's Chris Martin, Eddie Vedder, Roger Waters and The Who, People magazine reported.
The concert was held for raising money to benefit those affected by the superstorm in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
The show was broadcast for free at movie theatres in the tri-state area, offering those impacted by Sandy the opportunity to enjoy a night of music.
