7-yr-old 'cancer-stricken' boy who went missing with mum found safe in UK
The seven-year-old boy who urgently needs cancer treatment and went missing with his mum in the UK earlier has reportedly been found safe and well in Sussex.
Sally Roberts, 37, had run away with her son Neon in bid to prevent him getting life-saving radiotherapy and wanted only 'natural remedies' for him as he recovers from surgery on a brain tumour.
He was last seen with Roberts, 34, on Sunday in Tiverton, Devon, The Sun reports.
According to the paper, Devon and Cornwall Police said the boy had been found and was with officers in Sussex.
Roberts and her estranged husband Ben, Neon's father, are currently at the centre of a court battle over the boy's treatment for his brain cancer, the paper said.
Ben, IT consultant, from Knightsbridge, London, added: "She wants to do everything she can and rely on natural remedies and things that are not too invasive, rather than radiotherapy and chemotherapy. She is worried about the damage that can be done."
Doctors say Neon's chances of survival will be "dramatically reduced" if treatment is not started by next week, the paper added.
