Katie Price knows she'll never be voted best dressed by critics
Katie Price, who with her hair extensions, fake eyelashes, surgically-enhancements and garish wardrobe is rarely associated with the natural look, has decided to show her critics she can do modest sophistication too as she poses in a striking new photoshoot.
The mother-of-three wears barely any make-up, with her swept back into a tight bun underneath a saucer hat as she poses for the new issue of Ponystep magazine.
The former girlfriend of cage fighter Alex Reid, who recently underwent her fifth boob job, actually covers up her cleavage for once in a high-necked top.
She also switches her usual velour tracksuit bottoms or mini-skirts for a pair of black tailored trousers.
In the accompanying interview, the 34-year-old refers to herself as a product.
"I know for a fact when I do a fashion magazine they're going to make me look like - not me," the Daily Mail quoted her as saying.
"If do a shoot that's about me and my clothing or something, it's me, I'm the product. But with fashion, they make you look completely different," she said.
While Katie feels comfortable in her own style, she's well aware that her wardrobe choices don't impress fashion cricis.
"I'm never going to get voted best dressed. I'm happy to wear my tracksuit and no make-up," she said.
"I don't know how some of these girls dress from head to toe so immaculately, with their hair and make up done all the time. I mean, that's exhausting!" she added.
