Foreign tourists enjoy horse dance at Rajasthan's famed Pushkar Fair
Hundreds of foreign tourists who have arrived heree for the famed Pushkar fair, are enjoying the horse dance.
The horse dance has emerged as the major attraction at the fair, besides camel cart rides.
An excited Japanese tourist, Wadita, said: "It is very nice and a good experience for me. It is my first time to come here. I see a lot of foreigners coming here and it is a very exciting festival."
It is amazing and incredible like India," he added.
The fair, which kicked off on November 02, is known worldwide to present a brilliant combination of camel rides, various sporting events, Indian handicrafts, and mouth-savouring food.
On Friday, a brilliant show of horses was displayed, which caught the attention of the foreign tourists.
Set against the backdrop of Rajasthan's picturesque landscape, the annual fair offers a lifetime experience for tourists.
Another foreign tourist said that she enjoyed the fair thoroughly.
"This is my first time in Pushkar fair, I have been staying in India for three years and I have to say that whenever I come to such places it makes me so peaceful and so happy, especially to see people, very friendly, very happy, very warm, around you," she said.
The fair attracts hundreds of animal traders and buyers from other states also.
It is also an occasion for Hindu pilgrims to converge for a holy dip in the sacred Pushkar Lake, as it is believed that it 'washes away the sins of a lifetime' and pay obeisance at the only temple in the world dedicated of Lord Brahma.
