'Failed attempt to bring no confidence a symbol of idiotic politics'

Left Front chairman and CPI(M) state secretary Biman Basu today termed the Trinamool Congress' failed attempt to bring no confidence motion against the UPA-II government as a symbol of idiotic politics.
Talking to reports here, Mr Basu said it had only exposed the motive of the Trinamool Congress to give advantage to the Congress.
It was an irresponsible and idiotic move, the Left Front chairman said.
Mr Basu also said the CPI(M)-led Left Front had wanted to expose the UPA government's ill motives towards the FDI issue and other anti-people acts moving relevant motion under Section 184 of the Parliamentary rules and procedures.
