Bank of Scotland's machine accidentally gives out extra cash
The Bank of Scotland's machine attracted a large queue of people to withdraw money after it began dispensing extra cash in Rutherglen.
The Strathclyde Police asserted that they were informed about the incident at around Saturday lunchtime, the BBC reported.
The officers were said to have alerted the bank about the incident, who immediately switched off the machine remotely.
"The branch would contact any customers who have been affected," the Bank of Scotland said.
