Minor succumbs to cracker injuries in Delhi
New Delhi, Nov 14 (IANS)
A 14-year-old boy succumbed early Wednesday to burn injuries that he sustained while bursting crackers on Diwali, police said.
Diwakar, a resident of east Delhi's Nand Nagri sustained 80 percent burn injuries Tuesday. The incident was reported around 6.55 p.m. Tuesday.
He was taken to Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital where he succumbed during treatment Wednesday, a police officer said.
