MNS corporator gets life threat

Three unknown people allegedly threatened to kill a Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) corporator for his failure to repair public toilets and maintain cleanliness in the eastern suburb of Ghatkopar early today.
At around 0030 hours, three unidentified people threw empty alcohol bottles towards the house of MNS corporator Suresh Awale (40) and started abusing him for not repairing the public toilets in their area and failed to maintain clealiness in Pantnagar area of Ghatkopar, pollice said.
Police have registered an attempt to murder case against the trio. Further investigation was underway, the sources added.
