Etihad launches cargo service to Lagos

UAE's Etihad Airways has launched a weekly Abu Dhabi-Lagos freight service.
The service will be available on every Thursdays. Etihad also plans to service 16 other West African nations from Lagos. They include Gabon, Congo-Brazzaville, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire and Burkina Faso.
The Abu Dhabi-Lagos route will be serviced by a Boeing 747-400F aircraft. The Etihad Airways also operates six weekly passenger flights between the two cities.
