The Punjab Government has provided LCDs and computer systems in 500 government schools in the state to impart education.
Teachers would be given training to use LCDs and omputer system with modern technology from November 19 in all the districts of the state.
Stating this here today an education department spokesman said that the schools where LCDs and computer systems had been provided, one of the teacher from science, math, SST and english stream would be given training to use the systems and to lodge complaint about the non functioning of hardware on the web portal.
The training would be provided by Core Education and Technology Ltd. The timing of the training would be 1000 hours to 1400 hours, he added.
He said that district education officers had been instructed to ensure the attendance of the teachers in the training programme.
