Senior BJP leader and Former External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha today said no assurance of power sharing of 28-months was given to Jharkhand Mukti Morcha while formation of Arjun Munda-led coalition government in September 2010.

"We did not had any deal in this regard with any of our ally inclding JD(U), JMM or AJSU party while formation of government," Mr Sinha told reporters here.

Refering to JMM supremo Shibu Soren's demand of change in guard on the basis of the alleged power sharing deal, Mr Sinha said that Mr Soren should make it clear that who had assured him about it.

"JMM chief should come with specific names who had assured him about change of leadership after completion of Mr Munda's 28-month tenure," Mr Sinha said adding that he will ask BJP leaders to quit from the government if any such deal was made with the JMM.

Referring to price hike and corruption, former Union Minister alleged that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had become puppet of UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi.

"Mr Singh is acting like a puppet of Ms Gandhi", he said adding that despite being a world famous economist, Dr Singh has failed to take care of country's economy.

"Both corruption and price hike have become major issues in the regime of UPA government, these factors would be the reason for its downfall," he added.

Mentioning, Union government's move of FDI in retail sector, he said Dr Singh who was leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha during the NDA government regime, had opposed the same deal which he approved after coming to power.
