TAMPA, Fla.: Vector Solutions, a leader in eLearning and performance support, was awarded the coveted Brandon Hall Group Silver and Bronze Awards for Excellence for Learning and Development in 2017.The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program is the most prestigious awards program in the industry and recognizes the best organizations that have successfully deployed programs, strategies, processes, systems, and tools that have achieved measurable results for organizations.

Vector Solutions earned the Silver Award in the "Best Use of Video for Learning" category regarding its brand Target Solutions' NFPA 1410 course video created in collaboration with The City of St. Charles Fire Department. The submission was titled "Vector Solutions and The City of St. Charles Fire Department Join Forces to Optimize Training with Scenario-Based Learning."
Accordingly, the Bronze Award was achieved in the "Best Results of a Learning Program" category for Vector Solutions combined submission with Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) regarding its overall operational improvement with the implementation of the RedVector, a Vector Solutions brand, learning system. The submission was titled "ADM Improves Operational Standards and Employee Performance with Vector Solutions' Personalized Learning Programs."
"Excellence Award winners symbolize the power and impact that Human Capital Management (HCM) practices can have on a business or on any organization," said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits. Excellence Award winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group's HCM Excellence Conference January 31 - February 2, 2018, at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Selected winners also will serve as presenters in the more than 20 breakout sessions during the 3½-day event.
