U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the ground in U.S. Virgin Islands

WASHINGTON, Sept. 25, 2017 : The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has assets on the ground in St. Thomas and St. Croix ready to respond to Hurricane Maria. We have 128 personnel in various locations who are in place and ready to respond as soon as the storm has passed.

If your media outlet has personnel on the ground riding out the storm, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers invites them to embed with these personnel to help spotlight our activities.

If you do not have personnel on the ground, we can still work to set up remote interviews, depending on connectivity.
