Chinese Table Tennis World Champions Celebrate Ping Pong Diplomacy In Chicago
CHICAGO, Sept. 16, 2017 : Killerspin has the honor to host Chinese Table Tennis World Champions to celebrate the 45th Anniversary of Ping Pong Diplomacy. In collaboration with the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Chicago, Killerspin will host international champions including World and Olympic Champions Wang Hao and Ding Ning.The event will take place on Saturday, September 16, 2017, 4pm - 7pm, at Killerspin's table tennis club, Killerspin House, www.killerspinhouse.com, at 140 S. Clark Street in downtown Chicago. This will be a once in a lifetime opportunity to see some of the best table tennis athletes in history play. A select group of guests will have the opportunity to hit with some of these stars of the table tennis world.
Ping Pong Diplomacy symbolized a pivotal moment in world history, opening the doors to decades of future China-US relations. Chicago business and government leaders, officials of the Chinese Consulate, and community members will come together to celebrate the ongoing camaraderie between the two countries.
