No longer litigants, advocates and poor plaintiff will suffer any disease in the court campus at Buxar as the District and Sessions Judge of Buxar Harendra Nath Tiwary today inaugurated a First Aid Clinic at the civil court premises, one of the first ever health centre in the civil court in the Bihar.


Inaugurating the clinic, the Buxar District Judge said that health facilities have been reached to the court to mitigate the suffering of poor litigants in general and Advocate and Judicial officers in particular. He said, such clinic will usher new era in health care as poor litigants can avail medical facilities in any eventuality in the court premises. The Health Clinic at Buxar First clinic at any civil courts in Bihar was inaugurated under the aegis of the Lok Adalat, Buxar.

The Judge-in-Charge, Ashutosh Kumar said that in the First Aid Clinic basic Medical facilities alongwith a doctor and other para medical staff will be available during the court hour to attend any medical help.

He lauded the role of the Civil Surgeon, Buxar, Dr Ganesh Prasad for prompt initiation to open a health centre, the first ever health centre in the Bihar in the court premises. The Buxar Bar has lauded the role of the District and Sessions Judge and the Civil Surgeon for taking the humanitarian approach in the Court campus.
