Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP) supremo Mayawati today dissolved all the district, assembly and state level organisations of the party in wake of the party's debacle in the Lok Sabha elections and announced to reconstitute it very soon.

Ms Mayawati dissolved the organisations of all levels and removed all the zonal and assembly coordinators. Now the party will re-constitute all the organisations very soon.

Party sources here said Zonal and assembly level coordinators would be appointed very soon.

In the meeting of the national party leaders here, Ms Mayawati tried to restore the moral of the party cadre and asked them not to be demoralised and start their work afresh.

"With a big win there is a big responsibility for the new government which came like a storm. The new government also faces a lot of challenges and it will not be easy for the Modi government to meet the huge expectations they have created," she told the leaders drawn from all over the country.

Ms Mayawati said BSP workers and leaders should work harder and gave the reason that defeat of the party is not because of any mandate against the BSP but because of polarisation of votes.

BSP did not win a LS seat in UP or any other state but its vote-share in UP was around 19.6 per cent.

It was also reported that Ms Mayawati had sacked all six zonal coordinators in the state including Jugal Kishore, Munkad Ali, Dr Baliram and Gaya Charan.

Earlier a small ruckus arose at the entry of the state party office here when some BSP leaders raised slogans against Ms Mayawati after they were refused entry.

The dispute arose in the morning at around 0900 hours before the start of the meeting when a party Lok Sabha candidate from Mathura Yogesh Kumar Dwivedi was not allowed to enter the party office. He squatted on the road while his supporters raised anti-Mayawati slogans.

Some people waved a banner which said, 'Behenji suno Dalito ki pukar,' Nahi to khatam ho jayega Janadhar (Sister hear the voice of the dalits or your base vote would eradicate).

The BSP workers also beat up activists of some state government employees association when they tried to enter the state office.

Never in the recent past, anyone dared to raise any protest against Ms Mayawati and the BSP was recognised one of the disciplined political outfit of the country.
