Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi who took oath today, said his government would seek vote of confidence in Bihar Assembly on May 23.


Talking to mediapersons, Mr Manjhi said Bihar was getting appreciation from all corners of the country and also abroad for the development took place during the regime of Nitish Kumar government in last eight and half years.

"There is collective responsibility and we would not face any sort of difficulties in discharging our duties", Mr Manjhi said while responding to a query whether he would face any difficulty in view of all ministers of the then Nitish Kumar government, finding berth in his cabinet.

Mr Manjhi said his government would work on the path shown by his predecessor Mr Nitish Kumar under whose regime, Bihar moved on the path of development with accelerated pace.
