JD(U) President Sharad Yadav today categorically said that Mr Nitish Kumar will not become Chief Minister of Bihar again and his decision to quit the post of Chef Minister was final, requiring no reconsideration.


Mr Yadav told media persons here that the decision of Mr Kumar to resign from the post of Chief Minister of Bihar, was difficult but it was also in the interest of party and the country.

" Legislators were adamant to make Mr Kumar, Chif Minister of Bihar again, in JD(U) Legislative party meeting held last evening", Mr Yadav said adding that there were some apprehensions among JD(U) Legislator and it had been removed after due consultation with them.

JD(U) president said that the decision of Mr Kumar to quit the post of Chief Minister was final and it would be implemented by the party. The meeting of JD(U) Legislative party would be held again today at 2 PM,
