TELC Secretary D Ravindran released the copy of the Madras High Court order to the media here today and said he will move the High Court with an appeal against the single judge order, who directed the TELC Nagapttinam district Collector and Suprintendent of police to provide adequate protection for the proposed consecration service and also for a public meeting at Porayar subsequently tomorrow.
Admitting the writ appeal filed by Mr Ravindran, Justice S Manikumar and Justice K B K Vasuki had submitted that the single judge order of the court dated May 8, 2014, did not go deep into in the contention made by the applicant E D Charles, who fabricated a document and produced it before the court. stating that S Edwin Jayakumar will assume office as the BIshop of TELC on May 19.
