Dalip Jha files petition to claim the body of Ashutosh Maharaj for last retuals
Dalip Jha, who claims to be the son of Ashutosh Maharaj, head of the Divya Jyoti Jagriti Sansthan at Nurmahal said today that he had filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court to claim the body of his father so that he could perform his last rituals.
Interacting with the media here today, Dalip alleged that his father had become a victim of conspiracy hatched by management of the Sansthan. He also claimed that his father had not died a natural death.
He said that he wanted that the body of his father be handed over to him so that he would be able to perform last rights of his father.
He also demanded post mortem of his father so that the truth comes out to clear the suspicion over his death under mysterious circumstances. He alleged that the management was befooling the people by claiming that Ashutosh Maharaj was in deep mediation and that he would wake up of his meditation as miracle.
He alleged that the management was misleading the people in the name of miracles. He showed certain documents and his pictures with Mahesh Jha (Ashutosh Maharaj) to the media. The documents including ration card and voter card were carrying the name of Mahesh Jha in the column of father's name.
Puran Singh Desal, former driver of Ashutosh Maharaj claimed that the truth would prevail once the body of Ashtosh Maharaj was put to post mortem.
