Tourist resort Manali experiences summer showers
Tourist resort Manali experienced summer showers following partly cloudy weather in the state also keeping day temperature two to three degree below normal.
The Met Office said that Manali had three millimetre rainfall in last 24 hrs. Maximum temperature decreased by two to three degree below normal in the state but Minimum temperature remained stationary.
Kalpa in Kinnuar and Keylong in Lahaul Spiti district was low at six degrees each in this hill state and tourist resort Manali in Kullu eight degrees, Bhuntar, Dharmshala in Kangra and Dalhousie in Chamba 12 degrees each, Shimla 14 degrees and Chamba town 15 degtrees.
Maximum temperature of Una and Paonta Sahib in Sirmaur recorded 34 degrees yesterday which was four degree below normal.
Met office forecast mainly dry weather in the state in next 24 hrs.
