Buoyed by the impressive victory in the just-concluded general elections, Telugu Desam Party, which is set to form the first government in residuary Andhra Pradesh after bifurcation next month, will conduct the party's Mahanadu (annual review meeting) in the salubrious Gandipet on the city outskirts on May 27 and 28.

The Mahanadu, which coincides with the birth anniversary of TDP's founder N T Rama Rao, will, among others things, review the outcome and the party's performance in the elections.

The district-wise reviews on May 23 and 24 will precede the poll result review.

TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu, who led the party to a spectacular victory at the hustings, will inaugurate the prestigious Mahanadu.

Several committees are being constituted to finalise the agenda and resolutions to be adopted at the Mahanadu, according to party sources.
