The remark of Ms Mayawati was also aimed at polarisation of Dalits (most oppressed) in favour of her party in Lok Sabha elections besides propagating hatred among the different castes in the society, the complainant said. Another BSP leader and party candidate for Lok Sabha election in Hoshiarpur constituency of Punjab, Bhagwan Singh Chauhan, had made a inciting statement announcing a reward of Rs one crore for bringing scalp of Baba Ramdev.
