New Delhi, Jan 25 : A Saket court on Saturday ordered Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) South B S Jaiswal to submit a report on the complaint of a second Ugandan national of alleged misbehaviour by Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti.
The Ugandan woman had moved the court against Bharti for allegedly misbehaving with her.
"... as another Ugandan woman has moved court seeking an FIR against men who misbehaved with her during the raid in the Khirki Extension area," reported CNN-IBN on Thursday.
"At the moment, she has not named Bharti, but if she identifies Bharti as one of the men who misbehaved with her, trouble may grow for him," said the news channel.
This comes after Bharti on Jan 15 night ordered a raid at a building in Khirki Extension in South Delhi.
Bharti has been accused of illegally detaining Ugandan women and forcing medical exams on them.
The court has reportedly asked Delhi Police to submit a report by Feb 14 on what action they have taken on her complaint.
