IT professional held for killing his paramour's daughter
An IT professional and his paramour were today remanded to judicial custody in connection with the murder of the latter's three-and-a-half-year-old daughter and mother-in-law at Attingal in this district of Kerala.
Police said Nino Mathew, who hacked to death the two persons on Wednesday, and his colleague Anu Shanti, were taken into custody on the basis of the clue provided by her husband Lijesh who narrowly escaped the murder attempt.
Lijesh, who sustained hack injuries, managed to ran out of the house and alert the neighbours.
Police said both the accused wanted to eliminate Lijesh and his mother so that both of them could live together. Both of them were employed in an IT firm in Technopark. Nino is already married and has a four-year-old child.
