Eviction threat to film Director
The Director of the film 'T P 51,' that narrate the real life saga of assassinated Revolutionary Marxist Party leader T P Chandrasekharan, today said his family received eviction threat from the landlord in neighbouring Kannur district.
Talking to reporters here Moidu Thazahath said his wife Haseena and children Ghazal and Hanthama were asked to vacate the house by its caretaker while he was away for shooting recently.
However, the caretaker had shown 'leniency' to continue in the house if he stopped further shooting of the film, first schedule of which was completed in Onchiyem in the district.
Expressing his resolve to continue the project, he said "even if I and the family have to roam in the streets, the film will be completed."
A special trial court here recently sentenced 11 persons to life terms in connection with the May 4 murder at Vallikkode near Vatakara in the district.
