Carrying forward her aggressive stance in 2014 general elections campaigning,Ms Priyanka Gandhi today lashed out at the Opposition asserting they were pursuing an ideology of disunity while Congress was pursuing sincerely its agenda of unity among people.

In a veiled attack on BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, she said the opposition (BJP) was trying to push forward individuals while expelling a few.

At whistle stop meetings in her mother 's constituency which will witness polling on April 30, Ms Gandhi, who hogged headlines today for shooting salvos on her cousin Varun Gandhi for "betrayal with the family", said the current tussle of ballots was a clear cut fight between two ideologies--and it was for the electorate to make the right choice.

She canvassed for her mother and invoked fond memories of Indira Gandhi 's association with the constituency which has seen consistent development ever since.

As motley crowds cheered her and shouted "Priyanka Gandhi zindabad",a smiling Ms Gandhi reminded people of her mother 's election to the sixteenth Lok Sabha from here, and sought co-operation in thwarting Opposition designs of spreading disunity in the society.
