Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimhan today released a book titled 'Heritage Hyderabad' that chronicles the significant historical monuments in the city of Nizams.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said the book is a 'work of beauty' that gave a comprehensive account of the number of historic and heritage monuments in Hyderabad.

Recalling that many of his guests sought to know from him about the places worth visiting in Hyderabad, he said 'Heritage Hyderabad' deserves to be kept in all the guest rooms of Raj Bhavan.

Appreciating the author Malladi Krishnanand, his Press Secretary, he said he has done a 'wonderful job' in doing tremendous work in bringing out the volume.

The 135-page book, accompanied by photographs, narrates 95 historic monuments in Hyderabad.

Governor's Special Chief Secretary N Ramesh Kumar, Hyderabad Metro Rail Managing Director NVS Reddy and several other officials and leading editors and mediapersons attended the event at Raj Bhavan.
