T-Cong, CPI urges rebels to quit from fray
Telangana PCC chief Ponnala Lakshmaiah and CPI Party state convener Narayana today urged the rebels, who filed their nominations against officials candidates in the ensuing elections in Telangana region , to withdraw their nominations.
It is evident that the few leaders who expected the Congress ticket to contest in the polls were denied the same, have filed their nominations as rebel candidates. Talking to reporters jointly here ,Ponnala and Narayana said that they will ensure that justice will be done to all those who could not be given tickets for the elections while urging dissenters to withdraw their nominations.
However, tomorrow is the last date for withdrawal of candidates.
The duo urged the fight backers who filed nominations at the constituencies allocated for CPI to quit from fray bowing to the ethics of alliance between parties.
Once the Congress comes to power, they will be given nominated posts to justify their demand,Mr.Ponnala assured.
