Pakistan links peace in region to resolution of Indo-Pak disputes
Pakistan has said peace in the region is linked to resolution of all issues and disputes with India.
The comments were made from Pakistani foreign ministry spokeswoman Tasneem Aslam, pointing that India and Pakistan have a framework to discuss an eight-point agenda but the process was disrupted for the last three years.
Aslam said that Pakistan was looking forward to resume the process for the sake of regional peace and to allow the two countries to focus on economic development, Dawn News reports.
She added that Pakistan is a recognized and legitimate party to Jammu and Kashmir dispute, the report added.
