Aam Aadmi Party dismissed as rumours and false reports that the party was not planning to contest Assembly elections in the state.


AAP State Committee Secretary and Kurnool Lok Sabha Candidate Kirankumar, who is campaigning in Kurnool, stated the party issued B-forms to 70 Assembly candidates in Telangana and all of them completed the nomination process today,

In Andhra Pradesh, AAP had already released first list of 29 candidates and is planning to release second list tomorrow.

In Kurnool District, the party may contest upto 10 Assembly seats.

Party activists started door-to-door and public campaigning in Kurnool wearing the trademark Aam Aadmi caps in locations around the town including the stadium, SV Complex, Ashok Nagar and Old Town, Mr Kiran added.
