Kejriwal's attacker Laali accuses Kejriwal of fooling people of Delhi
The auto-driver, Laali who slapped the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday stated in a slanderous note aimed at Kejriwal that he had fooled the people and didn't keep his promises.
"Kejriwal fooled everyone and told lies to everyone. There are approximately three crore people in Delhi and it took ten rupees from each of them as a donation. Congress and the BJP are much better than AAP. He has taken cash even from the auto-drivers and even I have the slip which shows that I paid five hundred rupees as a donation," Lalli said.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal was on Tuesday slapped during a road show in Sultanpuri area of North West Delhi.
The attacker, identified as Laali, was later thrashed by the AAP supporters and was admitted in a hospital, later on the police took him into custody.
He has accused Kejriwal of the betraying auto-drivers.
Kejriwal later tweeted: "I am just thinking - why am I being repeatedly attacked? Who r the masterminds? What do they want? What do they achieve?"
"Is violence an answer to country's problems? Let them tell me place n time. I will come there. Let them beat me as much as they want...but will that solve problems," he further tweeted.
This is the second attack on Kejriwal, who was earlier slapped and punched by an identified person while he was campaigning with party supporters in South Delhi's Dakshinpuri area.
