CPI(M) state Secretary Pinarayi Vijayan today said CPI(M) will not try to sabotage the Congress-led UDF government through a conspiracy and predicted that the government would fall naturally due to the loss of accountability of the people after Lok Sabha elections.

Addressing a Janavidhi-2014 here today, Mr Vijayan said the political situation of the national and state level was favorable to CPI(M)-led LDF in the state in view of the anti-people policy followed by Congress.

He said the Congress would collapse at national level and the people were isolating the ruling government in this election.

Mr Vijayan alleged that Congress had become a party that supplied leaders to the Opposition BJP party. As many as 58 main leaders of the Congress had quit the party and joined hands with BJP-led NDA. In Uttar Pradesh 15 BJP candidates were former state leaders, MPs or MLAs of Congress party.

In Kerala also the Lok Sabha election results would reflect the people's ire against the anti-people policies and the Congress party would not be able to win even a single seat from the state.

During election campaign, Senior Congress leaders A K Antony and Chief Minister Oommen Chandy would not highlight merits of the UDF government because demerits were higher than the merits, he said.

The people of Kerala isolated the Congress led UDF government because it did not think of the people's issues while governing, he alleged.
