Karnataka Congress, in an attempt to counter BJP's attack and undermine the latter's chances in the state, today released a book 'corruption is BJP's way of life'.

Speaking after releasing the book, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President Dr G Parameshwar said it contains complete details of corruption charges against BJP leaders.

He said besides corruption, the book also contains charges openly made by former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa against former Chief Minister D V Sadanananda Gowda, former Deputy Chief Minister K S Eshwarappa and other leaders when he quit the party on being denied power after return from jail.

The book also contains former minister Renukacharya's love affair, another former Minister Haratalu Halappa's alleged rape, Porn video viewing by BJP legislators Lakshman Savadi, Krishna Palemar and C C Patel, involvement in various corruption by former Minister Basavaraj Bommai, Raghupathy Bhat, C M Udasi. Rs 14,000 crore corruption charge against BJP National General Secretary H N Ananth Kumar, who is contesting for the sixth term from Bangalore South.

Referring to BJP national election manifesto released yesterday, Dr Parameshwar said 'it contains no truth. Again the Ram mandir issue was raised and it will remain in 2018 election also.'

"Money and bricks were collected in the name of construction of the temple but still not done. They don't want to build Temple but come to power in the name of Hindutva. Nothing new in the manifesto and there is no assurance in remedy to problems alleged by its party leaders," he added.
