Peace talks: Pak govt, Taliban agree on venue
Committees representing the Pakistani government and Taliban have agreed on a location to hold next phase of peace talks, media reports said on Saturday.
The committees met in Islamabad for a two-hour long session where they finalised the date and the venue of the meeting.
"The process of talking directly to the Taliban will start in two to three days, both sides have agreed on the venue," Taliban committee member Maulana Samiul Haq was quoted as saying by the Dawn News.
